This is usually because the card is either too slow (needs to be Class 10, U3 speed) or the format is wrong. The E360 loves the FAT32 format. Pop the card in the camera, go to System Setup, and hit 'Format' to wipe it clean and set it up fresh.
2. Which Hardwire Kit do I need for Parking Mode?
You'll need the Vantrue USB-C Hardwire Kit. Note that the voltage cut-off is usually set to 11.6V by default. If you're worried about your car battery, look for the kit with the adjustable switch and set it to 12.0V or 12.4V for peace of mind.
3. How do I update the firmware?

4. What does the Orange GPS icon mean?
If the GPS icon on the screen is grey, it's still searching for a signal (common in garages or tunnels). Once it turns Orange, you're locked on and speed/location data is being recorded.
