Vantrue E360 User Manual & Troubleshooting Guide
Vantrue E360 acting up? Lost the booklet? No stress.
So you've picked up the Vantrue E360 – absolute beast of a unit with that 360-degree protection. But if you've misplaced the manual or you're scratching your head over a flashing light, no worries. We've chucked together the official manual, a quick cheat sheet for those voice commands, and some expert tips to get you back on the road sorted.
💡 Pro Tip: Don't Cook Your SD Card
The E360 records multiple heavy video streams at once (Front + 360/Cabin). A standard SD card from the servo won't last a week in the Aussie heat with that much data writing to it. We strictly recommend using a High Endurance U3 / V30 card to avoid those "Memory Error" warnings.
Vantrue E360 Voice Command Cheat Sheet
The best thing about the E360 is you can keep your hands on the wheel. If the unit isn't listening to you, make sure you're using the exact phrases below. Here are the most useful ones:

| Take a still picture | "Take photo" |
| Turn on WiFi hotspot | "Turn on WiFi" |

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is my E360 saying "Format SD Card" constantly?
This is usually because the card is either too slow (needs to be Class 10, U3 speed) or the format is wrong. The E360 loves the FAT32 format. Pop the card in the camera, go to System Setup, and hit 'Format' to wipe it clean and set it up fresh.
2. Which Hardwire Kit do I need for Parking Mode?
You'll need the Vantrue USB-C Hardwire Kit. Note that the voltage cut-off is usually set to 11.6V by default. If you're worried about your car battery, look for the kit with the adjustable switch and set it to 12.0V or 12.4V for peace of mind.
3. How do I update the firmware?
Easy as. Download the latest file (usually ending in .bin) from the Vantrue site to your PC. Chuck it on the root folder of your microSD card (don't put it in a sub-folder!). Pop the card back in the camera and power it on. It'll flash for a minute while it updates—don't unplug it or you'll brick it!
4. What does the Orange GPS icon mean?
If the GPS icon on the screen is grey, it's still searching for a signal (common in garages or tunnels). Once it turns Orange, you're locked on and speed/location data is being recorded.
