Order Processing

  • Speed: In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 days (Mon–Fri), often faster.
  • Tracking: Once your parcel is booked with Australia Post, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details. No ghosting here.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Transit Time (Days): Estimated delivery time to all destinations 2-10 business days.
  • Signature on Delivery: This is our default to protect your high-value gear.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): You may choose "Authority to Leave" at checkout.

Warning: If you select ATL, the parcel is left at your risk. We recommend using a work address or Parcel Locker for high-value items.


Where We Ship

  • Nationwide: We ship to all valid Australian addresses.
  • PO Boxes & Lockers: Yes! Because we use Australia Post, we CAN ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. In fact, Parcel Lockers are often the safest way to receive a dash cam.

Pre-Orders & Launch Stock

To help you secure the latest gear, we often offer Pre-Orders.

  • Payment: We collect full payment at checkout to secure your allocation. Please check the product page for the current estimated dispatch date.
  • Delays: If our incoming stock is delayed significantly, we’ll let you know. You retain the right to cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
  • The "Mixed Cart" Rule: If you order an in-stock item (like an SD card) alongside a pre-order camera, we will wait and ship the entire order together once the pre-order arrives. Need the in-stock gear sooner? Please place two separate orders.

Lost or Damaged in Transit?

It’s rare, but we’ve got your back.

  • Damaged: Please notify us as soon as possible if your package arrives damaged so we can resolve it immediately. Snap a photo of the box and damage, and email gday@dashcamguys.com.au.
  • Lost: It’s rare, but sometimes parcels take a detour. If Australia Post cannot locate your parcel within a reasonable timeframe (typically 10 business days after an investigation is launched), we won't keep you waiting. We will ship a replacement or refund you on the spot—even if the courier is still looking for the original.

Please note: If a replacement is sent and the original parcel subsequently arrives, you agree to notify us so we can arrange a prepaid return label for the extra unit.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100.
  • Standard Shipping (<$100): $9.95 AUD.
  • Local Pickup is currently unavailable.
