Cancellation policy

To help you secure high-demand gear, we offer Pre-Orders on selected products.


1. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: We collect the full payment immediately at checkout (with the exception of Professional Installation Services, which are payment-captured only after booking confirmation).
  • Why? This secures your specific unit from the incoming shipment and locks your place in the queue. We don’t take deposits; once it’s paid, it’s yours.

2. Fulfillment & Dates

  • Shipping: We dispatch orders as soon as the stock lands at our Melbourne warehouse.
  • ETAs: The date shown on the product page is an estimate based on supplier logistics. If this date changes significantly, we will notify you via email.

3. The "Hold" Rule (Mixed Orders)

If you order an in-stock item (like an SD card) alongside a pre-order camera, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives.

Need the in-stock items immediately? Please place two separate orders.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it leaves our warehouse. We will issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery under our standard Returns Policy (Subject to standard shipping recovery fees).
