BMW Dash Cam Compatibility Guide

While we’re tracking future releases like the PRO and Classic+ for parking mode, The Dash Cam Guys currently only stock the Dongar Classic (DCA-xxx series). It’s the smartest way to power your camera without messing with your BMW’s complex electrical system.

⚡ The Bimmer Benefit: Most modern BMWs (F and G series) use the DCA-3W1 adapter. This plugs into the factory 3-pin mirror harness. Because it only draws power when the ignition is on, it won't trigger the sensitive "Increased Battery Discharge" warnings that usually happen with dodgy hardwire kits.
