1. Find the lower price. It needs to be the identical model and variant, in stock and available to buy today from an authorised Australian retailer.

3. We check it live. We'll verify the price on the competitor's website and confirm your match
4. Order at the matched price. We'll give you a way to check out at the matched price. Price matching applies before purchase, so please contact us before placing your order.

What Qualifies

• We match the total delivered price: item plus shipping to your door, not just the sticker price.
• The identical model and variant, new, in stock and available to buy today.
• Sold by an authorised Australian retailer with genuine local stock and full Australian warranty.
• The price must be publicly advertised and verifiable on the competitor's website at the time we check. Screenshots alone can't be accepted.

What Doesn't Qualify

• Grey imports, overseas sellers, auction sites and third party marketplace sellers (Facebook Marketplace for Example).
• Clearance, open box, refurbished, ex-demo and obvious pricing errors.
• Discontinued or superseded models and run out stock.
