The Everyday Interior Kit. Bojo 7-piece trim removal tool set in glass-filled nylon, in a hard case

This is the kit Bojo built specifically for car interiors, and the material mix shows it. Six of the seven tools are UNGL, a 30% glass-filled nylon grade rated for medium-duty prying on trim and panels. The seventh is XNGL, the heavy-duty grade, for the tight gaps where a softer blade would fold. It all lives in a hard F1 case, so the tools stay together instead of migrating to the bottom of a toolbox.

Ships from Melbourne: Dispatched within 24 hours*, with local support and our 30-Day No-Worries returns.

Who This Isn't For: If you strip full door cards every week, go up to the 9-piece kit for the extra heavy-duty tools. And if you only ever plan to fit one camera, a basic set will do the job once.

DCG Score & Highlights

What We Love

  • Specified for car interiors rather than adapted from a general tool range
  • Six UNGL tools rated for medium-duty prying, plus one XNGL for the stubborn gaps
  • Hard F1 case, so the set stays a set
  • Two long-reach angled tools for A-pillar covers and headliner edges
  • Solvent-resistant material, so contact with adhesive remover will not soften the tools
  • Made in the USA by a company that has built composite tools for 25 years

What Could Be Better

  • Three of the seven are the same angled tool in different reaches, so it is five shapes rather than seven.
  • Only one heavy-duty tool. Stiff older clips can ask for more.
  • Nylon is non-marring, not indestructible. Lever against a clip, not against paint.

Why the material grade is the whole story

Trim tools fail in two directions. Metal is stiff enough to move a clip and hard enough to mark the trim on the first slip. Soft moulded plastic will not mark anything, but it bends under a real clip, so you push harder and something breaks.

Glass fibre in the nylon sits between the two. It raises stiffness without making the tool hard enough to scratch a piano-black bezel or a soft-touch dash. That is why Bojo rates UNGL for semi-delicate panels. The harder XNGL is kept for narrow gaps, where a thin blade has to hold its shape.

What is in the kit

  • ATH-19-UNGL angled pry tool, plus ATH-19R406-UNGL and ATH-19R508-UNGL in longer reaches
  • ATH-25-UNGL and ATH-26-UNGL for general lifting and clip work
  • ATH-52-UNGL
  • ATH-57-XNGL in the heavy-duty grade
  • F1 hard carry case

Top Benefits

  • Built for interiors: Shapes chosen for trim, bezels and pillar covers rather than general workshop prying.
  • Keeps trim unmarked: Nylon will not scratch gloss or soft-touch surfaces the way a screwdriver does.
  • Stiff enough to work: The 30% glass fill moves the clip instead of bending.
  • Stays organised: Hard case with a place for each tool, so nothing goes missing between jobs.
  • Lasts past the first job: Rated for repeat medium-duty prying rather than a single afternoon.

Fit your next camera without leaving a mark

Add the Bojo 7-piece kit to your cart and pair it with a hardwire kit if you are wiring for parked recording. Not keen on doing it yourself? We do not install cameras ourselves, but you can find someone local in our directory of independent installers. They are independent businesses, so you book and contract directly with them.
