This short USB-C to DC converter links your Dongar mirror adapter's USB-C output to a barrel-plug dash cam, so you can power a camera like a BlackVue without running a long lead down to the 12V socket. The 30 cm length disappears behind the mirror for a factory-style finish.

Confirmed compatible - BlackVue: DR590X, DR770X, DR970X and ELITE.

Tested and NOT compatible - BlackVue: DR900S, and very likely the rest of the 'S' range. We tested this ourselves so you do not have to.

Important: Dongar makes two versions of this cable and they are not interchangeable. The barrel pinouts are different. This listing is the BlackVue version (part USB-C-DC-BV). Dongar's other version is pinned for Thinkware cameras. If you run a Thinkware, this is not the cable you want, so talk to us first.

Who This Isn't For: If your camera does not use a DC barrel plug wired positive on pole 1 and negative on pole 2, or your Dongar adapter has no USB-C output, this cable will not suit.
