The interior camera on a 3CH A229 uses a different connector from the rear camera, which catches people out constantly. It is a 3.5 mm jack at one end, not Type-C at both, so a spare rear cable will not do the job. This is the correct lead, in lengths from 0.3 m for a cabin camera mounted right beside the main unit up to 10 m for a long vehicle.

Who This Isn't For: VIOFO states this fits the A229 Plus, A229 Pro and A229 Ultra, and is unsuitable for the older A229 Duo. If you need the rear camera lead instead, that is Type-C at both ends and lives here. This cable also cannot be extended by joining another USB cable, so pick the right length first time.
