The HK3-C converts 12–24 V vehicle supply to a regulated 5 V ⎓ 2.5 A feed. Yellow wire senses ACC, red wire provides constant B+ for parking mode, and black is chassis ground. A built-in microcontroller monitors voltage every second and cuts output at 11.8 / 12.0 / 12.2 / 12.4 V (or 23.6–24.8 V) to prevent flat batteries. Fuse taps (ATO, Mini, Low-Profile Mini, Micro2) sold separately.
