Who This Isn't For: VIOFO states the RTC420 is compatible with the A329T and A329TW front units only, and is not compatible with the A329S or A329SW, which have no telephoto port. It is also not cross-compatible with the A229 platform: that generation uses the RTC320, which connects via Type-C rather than coaxial. A telephoto also trades width for reach, so it complements a wide front camera rather than replacing one.
