GPS Proof That Moves Between Cars. The suction-cup GPS mount for the Vantrue E1, E1 Pro, E1 Lite, E2 and E3

Weekdays in the hatch, weekends in the ute, and a hire car when you travel for work. Adhesive mounts do not suit that life. This suction mount carries a built-in GPS receiver, so wherever the camera goes it still logs speed, route and location, and it lifts off the glass in seconds when you swap vehicles.

Trusted AU store: We're an authorised AU reseller, shipping from Melbourne within 24 hours*. You get a 12-month warranty on this accessory, local technical support, and our 30-Day No-Worries returns.

Who This Isn't For: Suction cups sit lower and are more visible than adhesive. If the camera lives in one car permanently, the standard included adhesive E-Series version is tidier and less likely to let go on a 40-degree day. This fits the E-Series only. An E360 ACE, an N5 or N4 Pro, a Sonnet S1 Pro and the E2 Pro each take their own mount. Browse them all in mounts.

DCG Score & Highlights

What We Love

  • Moves between vehicles in seconds with no adhesive residue left behind
  • GPS receiver built into the mount, so there is no separate puck or extra cable
  • Power runs to the mount and passes through, keeping the camera side clean
  • Ideal for hire cars, work vehicles and anyone who does not want to commit to glass

What Could Be Better

  • Suction cups can release in extreme heat. Clean the glass properly and check it after hot days.
  • It sits lower on the windscreen than an adhesive mount, so it is more visible from outside the car.
  • E-Series only, and the Vantrue mount range is easy to confuse. Check your model before ordering.

Why GPS Evidence Matters

Insurers and police ask two questions after an incident: how fast, and where. Footage alone answers neither. A GPS mount writes speed and coordinates into the file itself so the data travels with the video, which matters more when you are driving unfamiliar vehicles and cannot rely on knowing the road.

Top Benefits

  • Speed on the record: Logs km/h or mph directly onto the footage for insurance and incident reports.
  • Route and location: Vantrue Player shows speed, coordinates and route on a map beside the video.
  • Genuinely portable: No adhesive, no residue, no second mount needed for the other car.
  • Heat-aware fitting: Clean glass and cup with isopropyl, lock the lever, and let it settle 30 minutes before driving.

Upgrade Your Evidence Today

Add the E-Series GPS suction mount to your cart for speed and route data that travels with the camera. Ships from Melbourne within 24 hours*, covered by our 30-Day No-Worries returns.

FAQ

  • Q: Will this fit my Vantrue?A: It fits the E-Series only - E1, E1 Pro, E1 Lite, E2 and E3. The E2 Pro, E360, N-Series and Sonnet models each take a different mount.
  • Q: Is the GPS receiver in the mount?A: Yes. The receiver is built into the mount, so speed, route and location are recorded whenever the camera is sitting on it. There is no separate puck or extra cable.
  • Q: Can I move it between cars?A: Yes, that is the point of the suction version. Release the lever, lift it off the glass, and refit it in the next car in under a minute. No adhesive, no residue.
  • Q: My suction falls off in summer. Any tips?A: Clean both surfaces with isopropyl alcohol, press firmly, flip the lock, and allow 30 minutes to set. If your cabin gets extreme heat, the adhesive E-Series GPS mount is the safer choice.
  • Q: Does it power the camera?A: Yes. Plug your power cable into the mount and it passes power through to the camera.
