TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
THE DASH CAM GUYS x LEND IT FINANCE GROUP GIVEAWAY

1. Promoters

The Promoters are:

  • The Dash Cam Guys Pty Ltd (ABN 45 693 080 545)
  • Filliponi Finance Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Lend It Finance Group (ABN 69 652 916 419)

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEDT on 12 January 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 12 April 2026.

4. Draw Schedule

There will be three (3) separate prize draws:

  • Draw 1 (VIOFO):
    Entries close 11:59 PM AEDT on 10 February 2026
    Drawn on 11 February 2026 @ ~8:30pm
  • Draw 2 (VANTRUE):
    Entries close 11:59 PM AEDT on 12 March 2026
    Drawn on 13 March 2026 @ ~8:30pm
  • Draw 3 (WOLFBOX):
    Entries close 11:59 PM AEST on 11 April 2026
    Drawn on 12 April 2026 @ ~8:30pm

All draws will take place in Melbourne, Victoria.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the relevant draw period:

  • Follow @TheDashCamGuys and @LendItFinanceGroup on Instagram or Facebook
  • Like the official competition post
  • Comment on the post as instructed in the caption

Limit of one (1) entry per person per draw period.

Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries submitted using multiple accounts may be deemed invalid at the Promoters’ discretion.

Entry is free. No purchase required.

6. Prizes

Total prize pool value: AUD $1,675.53 (inc GST).

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Draw & Notification

Winners will be selected at random using an independent random selection method from all valid entries received for the relevant draw period.

Each draw will be broadcast live via The Dash Cam Guys’ social media channels.

Winners will be notified by Direct Message within 24 hours of the draw and published using their first name and state/territory on the Promoters’ social media pages.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a re-draw will be conducted.

8. Privacy & Data Use

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information (including name, social media handle, and contact details) by the Promoters for the purposes of administering the promotion and for marketing communications.

Personal information may be shared between The Dash Cam Guys Pty Ltd and Lend It Finance Group in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies:

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any communication.

9. Liability & Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

Entrants release Meta and the Promoters from all liability arising from this promotion.

Any information provided by entrants is provided to the Promoters and not to Meta.

10. General

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
