Who This Isn't For: The cabin camera is built into the body and films from behind the windscreen, with no way to move it. In a high truck cab or a van with a bulkhead, that fixed position may not show what you need. The VIOFO A329S 3-CH puts its cabin camera on a separate 1m lead you can place yourself. The T340WW suits utes, vans and trucks needing all four angles on one recorder.

Check Before You Order: Measure Both Cable Runs

Both exterior cables are a fixed length and cannot be extended later. VIOFO markets this SKU as 8m plus 8m; each cable itself measures 7.5m, with the balance taken up by the camera lead and the plug. Run a tape from behind your mirror, down the A-pillar, along the sill and out to each mounting point before you order. On a dual cab ute, 7.5m reaches the tailgate comfortably. On a long trailer, a horse float or a 6m van, measure both runs, because they may not be the same and longer pairs are separate SKUs we do not stock.

• No memory card is included. The camera takes a microSD up to 512 GB, and four channels of HDR video fill a small card quickly.
• The front camera records 4K at 30 fps, not 60 fps. Running the fourth channel is what costs you the frame rate.
• Both exterior cameras mount with four screws each and a sealed cable entry. This is a drill and route job, not a stick-it-to-the-glass job.

Why A Built-In Cabin Camera Changes The Install

Most multi-channel dash cams put the interior lens in a separate module on a lead, which you stick to the windscreen or the headlining and wire back to the recorder. That buys you placement freedom and costs you a cable, a connector and one more thing to work loose in a vehicle that vibrates for a living. The VIOFO T340WW takes the other path. The cabin lens and its four infrared LEDs sit inside the front body, looking back through a 210 degree fisheye wide enough to reach both side windows. There is no extra cable and no extra connector, so fitting the interior channel costs you nothing beyond fitting the front camera. The trade-off is fixed geometry: wherever the front camera goes, the cabin view goes with it. On a deep windscreen rake or a high cab, that is worth checking before you commit.

How It Installs

1. Mount the front camera behind the rear-view mirror on the supplied static sticker and clip on the magnetic CPL-700 filter. The cabin camera is already aimed, so there is nothing to align. Around 15 minutes.
2. Choose both exterior camera positions and drill the mounting holes. Common spots are the tailgate handle recess, the rear of a canopy, a bar or a trailer frame. Seal every hole you make.
3. Route both cables down the A-pillar, along the sill trim and out to each camera. This needs trim removal tools, and the supplied tool covers most clips. Allow 60 to 90 minutes for the pair.
4. Power the front camera from the supplied dual USB-C car charger, or fit the HK6-F hardwire kit to the fuse box if you want parking mode. Format the card in the camera, then check all four views in the VIOFO app before the trim goes back on.

Fitment & Compatibility

• Vehicle power: 12V and 24V systems, covering cars, utes, vans, light trucks and heavy vehicles.

• Mounting surface: Each exterior camera needs a flat, rigid surface that takes four screws and a sealed cable entry. Bodywork, a canopy, a bar or a steel trailer frame all work.
• Replacement cameras: both exterior cameras are the VIOFO RWC400, the same IP67 module supplied in the box, so either can be replaced on its own.
• Accessories: VIOFO BTR200 Bluetooth remote, and the BP100 or BP60 battery packs for parking mode on their own power, all sold separately.
• Storage: microSD up to 512 GB. This model has no external SSD support.
• Parking mode: Requires the VIOFO HK6-F hardwire kit. The HK6 and HK6-A kits are built for other models and will not work here.
• Not compatible with: A separate or relocatable interior camera, which this model does not accept because the cabin lens is built in, and VIOFO A229 or A129 rear cameras and cables, which use different connectors.
